Bio I have been interested in Alternative Healing ever since I was a teenager when I explored healing herbs and tried my hand at wild-crafting some medicinal plants I found in our local area. As a young mother I taught myself Reflexology from a book and used it frequently with my children for sore throats, earaches, bloated tummies and other common childhood complaints. 1985 found me in Vancouver. Soon after my arrival I joined “The Spiritual Healing Centre” where I was introduced to Energy and Spiritual Healing. Through training I received at the Center I became a member of their practitioner team and offered Healing and Spiritual Development Circles and Transformational Counseling. In 2009 I became a Certified Bowen Therapist – a very unique hands-on body work modality In the Spring of 2010 I went to California where I had the great privilege to receive the Quick Pulse training from the originator – Jo Dunning. That same year found me learning Ama Deus – a 5000 yr old energetic healing system from the Guarani people of South America. I studied Dr. Bradley Nelsons work and became a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner in 2011 and a Certified Body Code Practitioner in 2015 in 2017, I studied with Mary Woodthorpe and became a Certified Self-Referencing-IITM Practitioner. 2017 – Founder and Co-Creator of The Foundation of Everything – TFOE.
